SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking experiencedEquipment Operatorsfor Kinsley's Materials Division out of York, PA. Thisrole is critical to the smooth and safe operation of our quarry.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in a quarry or construction environment, particularly haul trucks. We are also open to candidates with additional skills in operating other heavy machinery, such as graders, excavators, loaders, or bulldozers.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Safelyoperatehaul trucks to transport materials within the quarry.

• Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and safe operations.

• Assist with other tasks as needed, including operating various other heavy equipment (e.g., loaders, excavators, graders, etc.).

• Follow all safety protocols and regulations tomaintaina safe work environment.

• Perform other related duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as graders, haul trucks, excavators, loaders, and bulldozers.
• Valid driver's license,CDL is a plus.
• Understanding ofquarry operations and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under variousweather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
