Job Description

Join Rockwell Automation as a Sr. Program Manager - Enterprise Partnership, where you'll serve as a key connector across our Integrated Supply Chain, Business Units, and Global Sales & Marketing teams. In this highly influential role, you'll lead strategic, crossfunctional initiatives that accelerate growth, strengthen collaboration, and drive productivity across the organization. You'll work a hybrid schedule out of one of our facilities in either Milwaukee, WI, Mequon, WI, or Mayfield Heights, OH, and will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Partnerships and M&A.



Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner across the Integrated Supply Chain, Business Units, and Global Sales & Marketing teams to align priorities and accelerate delivery of shared goals.
  • Lead program management and execution for crossfunctional strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear alignment, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive collaboration, align stakeholders, and influence key partners across the organization, including teams outside your direct span of control.
  • Apply project management and Lean principles to guide planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Assess complex issues requiring deep ISC and crossfunctional knowledge and develop creative, effective solutions.
  • Select, develop, and guide project teams to ensure efficient, highquality execution and delivery of program objectives.
  • Navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions independently, and manage escalations to drive resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of processes, methods, and evaluation criteria that strengthen program execution and organizational capability.


The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.


The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of broad business experience with exposure to crossfunctional environments and endtoend process implementation or improvement work.
  • Demonstrated experience leading crossfunctional projects involving supply chain, business units, or commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems, with the ability to apply that knowledge to complex business challenges.
  • Proven capability applying project management and Lean continuous improvement principles to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working in global organizations and supporting teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience evaluating incomplete or evolving information to determine next steps and keep projects moving with accuracy and appropriate urgency.
  • Skill in influencing and partnering with stakeholders at multiple levels, including teams outside direct authority.
  • Track record of guiding teams through significant organizational or process change.
  • Experience conveying information clearly in written and verbal formats and adjusting the level of detail to meet the needs of different audiences or stakeholders.
  • Comfort managing escalations and risks, using networks and stakeholder alignment to drive resolution.
