As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Forceto help executetransition and delivery of large-scale platform architectures across both onpremise and cloud environments. This role directly supports mission-critical integration and test operations and requires deepexpertisein modern softwarerelease and deployment ecosystems, DevSecOps practices,andsecure multitenant systemoperation.Other tasks may include developing and executingconfiguration managementplans, technical assessmentsof software deployment processes,participatinginintegrationworking groups, and providing systems engineering expertise to the program office.

You Have:

  • 10+years of experienceinsystems engineering on national security space programs

  • 5+years of experienceperforming systemsintegrationorsoftware deployment processes onlarge-scale platform architectures

  • Experience performing system configuration reviews,configurationaudits, orsoftware deploymentprocedures

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Ability to communicate andestablishcollaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals

  • Ability to be highly motivated anddemonstratea dynamic work ethic andstrong desireto contribute to the DoD mission

  • TS/SCIclearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, ComputerScience, or Physics

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience inacquisition, systems engineering, or test and evaluation of the ground segment ofaspace system

  • Experience leading a team for development of integration and test plans and schedules forlarge scale ground systems

  • Experienceleading test and evaluation programs for space or ground systems

  • Experience usingAtlassian Jiraand Confluencetools

  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02

  • Master's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, CS, or Physics field

  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certifications

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
