Overview

As a Bistro Attendant at a Courtyard by Marriott, you are essentially the "everything" person for the hotel's Bistro dining area. This role is unique because it combines the duties of a server, bartender, barista, and line cook into one fast-paced position.



Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Your primary goal is to provide a "made-to-order" experience for guests. Key duties include:

    Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and making menu recommendations.

  • Food Preparation: Cooking and assembling menu items (like burgers, salads, and wraps) using equipment like TurboChef ovens.

  • Beverage Service: Preparing Starbucks coffee drinks and serving alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and cocktails) while following alcohol safety regulations.

  • Maintenance: Clearing and resetting tables, washing dishes, restocking inventory, and keeping the kitchen and dining area clean and sanitized.
