Position Overview

Heiser has an immediate opening for both a Full-Time and Part-Time Office Administrator. We're seeking a professional, dependable individual with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling clerical tasks, cashiering, and customer interactions.

This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting key business operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide general office and clerical support, including answering multi-line phones
  • Greet and direct customers to appropriate departments
  • Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism
  • Handle limited accounting tasks
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to detail
  • Assist with additional office duties as needed

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1+ year of clerical experience with multi-line phones
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
