Overview
This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit's Commercial Business Units ("Spirit Commercial"). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing's three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial's core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions. Boeing-Wichita is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Wichita, KS. The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, providing consultative HR guidance that aligns people strategies with business objectives. This role works closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to strengthen organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support a high-performance culture. The HRBP provides expertise in areas including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, labor agreements, and company policies. In collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and business leadership, the HRBP helps implement HR programs, resolve complex workplace issues, and deliver solutions that support operational goals and workforce success. Summary Pay Range (Associate - Level 2): $61,550 - $90,000 Summary Pay Range (Mid-Level - Level 3): $77,650 - $110,000 Kansas Tax Credit: Join Spirit AeroSystems' Kansas team and you may be eligible for a $5,000 state of Kansas Aviation tax credit for up to five years.
