This role acts as a strategic partner to recruiting leadership and as the primary point of guidance for recruiters supporting the assigned business unit. While this position does not have direct reports, it provides day-to-day direction, problem solving, and operational leadership to ensure hiring targets are achieved. The Lead Recruiter will support a fast-paced environment responsible for filling large volumes of call center roles weekly while maintaining quality and retention standards. This role will lead functional recruiting meetings, analyze funnel performance, identify hiring risks, and implement solutions to meet aggressive hiring goals. The position may act on behalf of recruiting leadership as needed and serves as a development path for future leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership & Operational Support
