Digital Product Manager
Shape the future of digital experiences
Are you curious about how apps and digital tools come to life? Do you love solving problems, improving user experiences, and helping teams build great products? This role gives you the chance to work handson with product, design, and engineering teams to create digital experiences that people love. Qualifications
  • Enrolled in 2 year Community College or Technical program
  • GPA: 3.0 minimum
What You'll Do Champion the Consumer Journey
  • Explore how people interact with our digital products and identify ways to make their experience smoother.
  • Help shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing digital features.
  • Look at user feedback, trends, and product data to help the team make smart decisions.
  • Help spot pain points in the customer journey and partner with teams to fix them.
  • Support fast, focused experimentation to test ideas and prove what works.
  • Partner with engineering teams during incidents and help with problemsolving and rootcause analysis.
Build and Improve Digital Products
  • Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that guide development.
  • Use tools like databases or APIs to test features and confirm they meet expectations.
  • Help plan and organize weekly work with the team to keep projects on track.
  • Support discovery and brainstorming sessions to define problems, goals, and solutions.
  • Assist with product kickoffs to ensure the team has clear priorities and measurable goals.
  • Track product KPIs and help measure the impact of features and enhancements.
  • Lead or support product demos to show progress to partners and stakeholders.
