Job Description

This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associates degree from a community college or trade school. Those currently pursuing their bachelors degree or higher will not be considered for this role.

The Cash and Banking Operations Team manages the over 1,200 bank accounts of the Corporation including signers, functions, bank relationships and funding. Additionally, the team ensures compliance with internal policies and corporate governance surrounding the cash and banking responsibilities.

The scope of this job is to perform banking related activities including: cash concentration, wire execution, bank fee analysis and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for:

  • Consolidating and entering wires in the Treasury workstation with a proper degree of timeliness and accuracy to allow the short-term traders to make investment decisions.
  • Prepare wire activity reports and analysis to optimize wire activity and cash flow activity.
  • Displays sound administration skills including documentation, follow up and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Capable of performing mission critical related tasks during business resumption events.
  • Provide optimal customer support to internal clients, colleagues and external financial service partners.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Proven organizational and time management skills including the ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction, to recognize and manage priorities, and work with multiple concurrent demands in a time sensitive environment, often including responding to tight deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills translating to simple, yet strong storyline development and presentation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and assignments and the ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to proof one's own work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft products - primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel. Quick learner of database related computer software

Experience with banking terminology, functions, Treasury Workstation application experience and US banking system is a plus.

Compensation offered for this role is between $18 and $25 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
