EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

THE ROLE:

We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly energetic and thrives in a constantly evolving business environment. In this role, you will partner with other executive assistants and interact with various levels of management, customers and employees, helping our Corporate Vice President manage day to day priorities. The environment is fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience navigating a complex C-Suite environment and be comfortable interacting with employees of all levels. To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to gather information and make decisions independently. Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive is essential as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries and information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage complex executive calendars, including prioritization of meetings, proactive conflict resolution, and coordination across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate executive level meetings, offsites, leadership reviews, and team building activities, including logistics, agendas, and materials
  • Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel; prepare and submit accurate expense reports
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Review, prioritize, and respond to executive communications, determining when executive action is required
  • Obtain, assemble, and analyze information to prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion while handling highly confidential information
  • Oversee day to day office operations to ensure a productive, well functioning work environment for executive leadership and their organizations
  • Manage office space needs, including coordination of seating, equipment, access, and facilities requests
  • Order, track, and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; ensure cost effective usage and availability
  • Coordinate with Facilities, IT, Security, and Workplace Services on office maintenance, repairs, moves, and workplace changes
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors and service providers related to office operations and events
  • Support departmental operational processes, including purchase orders, invoices, payments, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup, equipment coordination, and office access
  • Ensure office practices align with AMD policies and workplace standards while supporting a positive employee experience


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Direct work experience supporting executive-level leaders
  • Provenexperience ofexecutiveadministrative support at a senior level
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to use a variety of sophisticated office automation tools and software, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAP
  • Ability to collaborate with different levels of management, customers, and employees to exchange information and take appropriate action
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and initiative with a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness


ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
