Position Title:Wealth Management Sales and Service Support Specialist Business Unit:Wealth Management Reports to:Director of Sales and Service Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive operational day to day administrative support within the Advisory Businesses while ensuring timely delivery of services.This role involves coordinating various operational functions across multiple lines of business which include project management, maintaining accurate records including data analytics and assists with implementation of policies and procedures all while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operational activities including maintaining & distribution of operational documentation, records, and reports.Help prepare data analytics and summaries. Support project management efforts as needed including contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and the timely delivery of services. This will include helping to assist in the development and/or refinement of policies and procedures. Serve as internal resource within Advisory as liaison with lines of business in providing day to day support for all initiatives. Assist with compliance, audit preparation, and regulatory requirements. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
