Who We Look For We are seeking a high-caliber, hands-on Vice President with a proven history of delivery to lead our regional team in Dallas. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of our next-generation, end-to-end systematic investment platforms whilst supporting the continued growth of the QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategies) business. The successful candidate will oversee regional engineering operations in Dallas and serve as a key stakeholder within the QIS Global Engineering Leadership Team. As a Vice President in the QIS Engineering team, you will be working in a close-knit environment with Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts and Technologists to design and develop platforms that drive the QIS business, spanning new product capabilities, quantitative research, model generation, portfolio construction and monitoring.
