About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Advisory Services team in Seattle and oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with client goals and milestones. This position follows a hybrid schedule and may require working on-site in Seattle three days per week. You will manage processes such as contracting, and scope, schedule, budget, and risk management and reporting, while leading the development of project and task teams and deliverables.

Our team works for a variety of clients and industries, including water/wastewater, transit and transportation, and environmental planning and compliance, and we provide comprehensive advisory services to owners. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, including advisory services, procurement, construction management, technical engineering services, strategic communications, equity & social justice (ESJ), outreach and engagement, and other functions.
  • Ensure understanding of client goals through comprehensive project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, and process oversight, while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of teams, project management plans and procedures, supporting efficient project execution.
  • Provide expertise in contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to enhance project planning and execution strategies.
  • Participate in business development, proposal support, and client presentations, contributing to company growth and contract pursuit efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience, including multi-disciplinary project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience overseeing client advisory services, contracting strategies, construction management, technical engineering services, strategic communications, equity & social justice (ESJ) initiatives, and outreach.
  • Expertise in ensuring understanding of client goals through comprehensive project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, and process oversight, while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Alternative/collaborative delivery experience is preferred.
  • Experience with contract analysis and the ability to perform document reviews, value engineering studies, and risk assessments.
  • PMP or other relevant certification is preferred.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $110,000-$135,000+.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
