Why You'll Love This Role We're looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk / Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our office. This is a great entrylevel opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fastpaced healthcare environment. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll support patients and staff by handling a variety of frontdesk and administrative tasks, including: * Greeting and checking in patients in a professional and welcoming manner * Scheduling appointments in person and over the phone * Communicating with patients and outside offices regarding appointments and referrals * Verifying insurance and authorizations * Processing referrals and assisting with billing followups * Answering incoming calls in a highvolume setting What We're Looking For Required: * Strong customer service skills * Bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian * Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients throughout the day * Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment Preferred (but not required): * Experience with appointment scheduling or reception * Insurance verification or referral processing experience * Prior healthcare or medical office experience This is an entrylevel role, and we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and communication skills. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Roseville, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
