The VP of IT is responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of Information Technology across our businesses. This role leads a team of 12 professionals with 2 managers responsible for software systems, application development, business systems, and IT infrastructure. The successful VP of IT will demonstrate passion for the use of technology to improve and grow our business. 1.Strategic IT Leadership & Business Alignment - Setting strategic and tactical direction for IT, partnering with executive leadership on longterm business planning, leading digital/data transformation. 2. Enterprise Technology & Architecture Expertise - Experience with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic will be a huge plus), CRM (quotebooks), networks, servers, data management, cybersecurity leadership, cloud infrastructure experience (Azure if possible), and a solid knowledge base of software engineering. 3. Organizational Leadership, Team Building & Change Management - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability & improvement, guide IT through rapid growth and M&A integrations, and lead crossfunctional initiatives across the business Candidate will come from a predominantly software expereince with infrastructure mixed in. 60-70% software experience with 30-40% network/infrastructure experience.
