We are seeking a mid-level, hands-on IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, customer-focused IT department. This is a boots-on-the-ground role responsible for imaging, deploying, repairing, and supporting computers and end-user technologies across the facility. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, technically strong with hardware/software troubleshooting, comfortable working onsite every day, and able to participate in a structured after-hours on-call rotation for emergency support needs.
