*Overview* A wellestablished electronic payments organization is seeking a *Technical Customer Support Representative* to join their client services team. This is a hybrid role supporting online payment processing for government, city, and state agencies. You will support customers by resolving issues related to payment portals, transactions, and system errors.
This department operates in a highvolume environment, requiring strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot quickly and accurately. *Work Arrangement* * *Hybrid:* Wednesdays required onsite. * Remaining days may be remote with *highspeed internet* and a *quiet workspace*. * Required to handle sensitive financial information. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist customers in making online payments through the organization's payment portal. * Troubleshoot technical issues, system errors, and payment processing problems. * Answer questions about the payment portal, website navigation, and account settings. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve card reader or websiterelated issues. * Set up and manage autopay configurations. * Document all customer interactions in *Salesforce* and other CRM systems. * Manage a daily caseload of *60-80 cases*. * On phonesupport days (Wednesdays), handle *40-50 calls* with a focus on firstcall resolution. * Resolve cases within a *24hour turnaround time*. *Required Qualifications* * *2-3 years of customer service experience*, preferably in a technical support environment. * Strong computer proficiency; ability to navigate multiple systems, portals, and CRMs. * Working knowledge of online payments or experience as a frequent online shopper. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong data entry ability and high attention to detail. * Ability to multitask, type, and navigate systems while speaking with customers. * Comfort following a script during phone interactions. *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience with *merchant services* or payment processors. * Salesforce or other CRM experience. * Associate's or bachelor's degree (not required). *Performance Metrics* * Number of calls handled * Average call duration * Firstcall resolution rate * Timeliness in resolving cases *Training & Work Environment* * Handson training focused on systems, scripts, and tools. * Expected to be phoneready within the first week. * Modern, newly renovated office with an excellent culture and growthfriendly environment. * Casual-business casual dress code (jeans acceptable). *Employee Value Proposition* * Strong growth opportunities within a stable organization. * Competitive pay. * Onsite cafeteria and highquality office facilities. * Excellent benefits package, holidays, and PTO (for those converting to FTE). * *$500 annual wellbeing allowance* for fitness, mental health, and related wellness needs. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Oldsmar, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
