How You'll Make a Difference The Manager, CIP Programs is responsible for leading portfolio planning and execution across CIP initiatives while directly managing and developing the Community Specialist team. This role partners closely with CIP Leads to translate vision and strategic priorities into actionable, executable plans, coordinating cross CIP roadmaps in a complex, matrix environment. The Manager, CIP Programs drives community maturity and volunteer engagement strategies, ensures transparency and accountability across initiatives, and enables data driven decision making and continuous improvement. Through strong people leadership, this role builds a high performing enablement team, sets clear expectations, and fosters a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
