SUMMARY This role provides both inhouse and remote technical support to end users within the Operational Business Unit, ensuring reliable performance of hardware, software, and network systems. The position is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical issues while ensuring Business Unit IT practices align with Corporate IT policies and standards. The Systems Analyst supports a wide range of Business Unit-specific technologies, manages IT vendors, and plays a key role in maintaining system integrity, user account administration, and operational continuity. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering highquality technical service in a dynamic environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
