SUMMARY

This role provides both inhouse and remote technical support to end users within the Operational Business Unit, ensuring reliable performance of hardware, software, and network systems. The position is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical issues while ensuring Business Unit IT practices align with Corporate IT policies and standards. The Systems Analyst supports a wide range of Business Unit-specific technologies, manages IT vendors, and plays a key role in maintaining system integrity, user account administration, and operational continuity. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering highquality technical service in a dynamic environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages Business Unit computer user accounts with Microsoft Active Directory.

  • Works with end-users in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware/software and network support issues.

  • Evaluates, troubleshoots and resolves issues with Business Unit custom software and hardware

  • Configures and tests systems integrity. Adequately advises clients on hardware/software selection.

  • Installs, configures and supports Windows server based applications, as well as Business Unit specific custom software, applications and hardware.

  • Provides expertise and recommendations in assessing new operations IT software/hardware projects, initiatives, and processes. Selects and manages the work of outside IT vendors as required to meet Business Unit needs, subject to Corporate IT standards and procedures.

  • Maintains call logs and solutions in Help Desk database.

  • Uses a variety of advanced tools to support remote locations.

  • Able to work independently and proactively in a business environment. Detail oriented with good

  • Able to independently prioritize workload and judge the urgency of each ticket assigned.

  • Travel to Business Unit district offices will be required to set up and test internet systems and troubleshoot laptop issues.

  • Participates in the Company's 24x7 support service commitment.

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst in a multi-platform application environment required.

  • Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills required.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to solve problems with limited information and instructions.

  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in non-standard and dynamic situations.

  • A+ and Microsoft Certifications are preferred.

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
