About This Role - Administrative Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to operations. What You'll Do - Maintain accurate records of employee training histories, certifications, and expirations; support audits and compliance checks. - Generate reports on training completion and participation trends. - Oversee tracking of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), ensuring inventory accuracy. - Assist with new hire paperwork for field personnel. - Ensures the execution of company office policies and procedures. - Assists with the coordination of field and operational activities in association multiple departments. - Prepare cardholder receipts for coding and submittal per company policy. - Sorts incoming field mail and processes per company procedures. - Follows Document Control procedures to include stamping, routing, and sorting project specifications and drawings. - Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and recording minutes. - Regional travel may be required for this position.
