This Extrusion Helper job in Covington is for people who pay attention to detail. You'll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care. We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift. What Gets You on the Line Shop-Floor Smarts: Manufacturing experience a plus. The Heavy Lifting: On your feet, moving boxes (up to 50 lbs), keeping count. Character: Reliable, focused, and always safety-minded. What You'll Do Load cardboard cores and materials onto extrusion machines Assist the shift supervisor with daily production activities Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate production records Package finished products according to customer specifications Monitor production lines and report equipment or process issues Assist with machine adjustments and setup as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support additional production and operational tasks as assigned You Put In the Work.
