Responsibilities of Technical Support Specialist II



  • Provide information systems technical support for routine customer issues
  • Identify problems with system operations devices and provide guidance and swift resolutions
  • Offer technical analysis and customer service to ENT sales team and customers determining device issues, required steps for repair, and perform repairs
  • Install, assemble, test hardware and peripheral components
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide phone support to understand issues, concerns, and client needs
  • Other duties as assigned by management



Requirements of Technical Support Specialist II


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in a production environment
  • Advanced knowledge of PENTAX Medical ENT products and services
  • Excellent communication, writing and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
  • Experience in navigating operating systems, and Microsoft suites
  • Knowledge of power tools, electrical testing tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to prioritize jobs and escalate when necessary
