As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and provide strong customer service through clear communication with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with entry protocols, and help to maintain orderly traffic flow in lobby and/or common areas.
• Complete detailed written reports of daily activities, patrol observations, and incident response actions, and communicate pertinent updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
