Ideal Candidates will have the following: Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills Works well in a team environment At least 2 years of experience working with children 5-13 years of age in a formal childcare setting College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field preferred A high school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 40lbs Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living Ability to meet state-specific requirements; CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc. Right At School is an Equal Opportunity employer.
