• Analyze complex sales, marketing, customer, and digital data using advanced analytics, visualization, and statistical techniques
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and measure multichannel campaigns and testandlearn initiatives
• Evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness and translate results into clear insights and recommendations
• Support analytic solutions and models to assess customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics
• Develop and present insights in clear, nontechnical language for leaders and business partners
• Leverage internal and external data sources to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions
• Strengthen analytics team capabilities through effective use of data, tools, and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Economics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience

• Analyze complex sales, marketing, customer, and digital data using advanced analytics, visualization, and statistical techniques
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and measure multichannel campaigns and testandlearn initiatives
• Evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness and translate results into clear insights and recommendations
• Support analytic solutions and models to assess customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics
• Develop and present insights in clear, nontechnical language for leaders and business partners
• Leverage internal and external data sources to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions
• Strengthen analytics team capabilities through effective use of data, tools, and best practices

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, database marketing, or market research
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with forecasting, segmentation, and profitability analysis
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

• Master's degree in a related analytical or business field
• Experience working in cloud data environments such as Snowflake, AWS, or Hadoop
• Experience supporting marketing analytics within financial services or similar industries
