Position Description

Help create and update user guides, procedures, and internal documentation
Work with engineers to understand how systems and tools are used
Organize and maintain documentation for easy access by teams
Assist with writing training materials and onboarding guides
Review existing documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency

Qualifications Required:




  • Engineering background, 1-3 years related experience



  • Strong writing and communication skills



  • Excellent attention to detail and organization



  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Visio and Excel



  • Ability to follow structured processes and instructions




Qualifications Desired:




  • Interest in engineering, technology, or software systems



  • Basic knowledge of programming or databases (e.g., Python, SQL)



  • Experience with documentation, reports, or process-related work
