The Court

Merced Superior Court operates two courthouses in Merced, one courthouse in Los Banos and a clerks' office located at the Juvenile Justice Correctional Complex.  The Court has 10 judicial officers and two commissioners.  Merced Superior Court hears all matters in the criminal, traffic, civil, probate, juvenile, and family law cases and employs approximately 150 support staff.

Merced Superior Court has implemented new technology and methodologies to increase efficiencies, public accessibility, and to propel itself to the forefront with the available technological advances from a court setting.
