Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Location: Buffalo, NY Job Description: Individual will be tasked to support the EHS Training and Regulatory Compliance staff with daily administrative activities. Job Functions & Responsibilities
  • Interface with vendors for requests for quotes and obtaining scope of services/training materials.
  • Formalize and document processes related to maintaining the annual training schedule for both internal and external (vendor) trainers.
  • Organize and develop/support management of EHS Training/Regulatory Compliance SharePoint site, log of instructor evaluations, and regulatory compliance tracking.
  • Other tasks identified through the course of normal business.
Skills:
  • Basic process development and documentation (Visio).
  • Strong written and verbal skills, use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Workday.
  • Preferred background in training and/or EHS experience.
  • Training coordinating activities highly desirable.
Education & Certifications

Education - A.S. or B.S., 3-5 years of administrative, training experience, and/or EHS experience preferred.
