Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Business Process Advisor/Systems Integrator who will work closely with our customer's key leadership in the area of programmatic and operational support to facilitate program tracking and status to the organization's leadership team. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the follow:

    Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Support documentation review and coordination
  • Support programmatic workflow development
  • Support Milestone readiness and program portfolio planning
  • Requirements tracking
  • Other ad-hoc tasking, as required


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, to include Word, Excel, Power-Point, and Visio.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and developing briefings.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a Technical field
  • Prior experience supporting Senior Level Management
  • Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Management Systems Integrator with the customer
  • Deep historical and institutional knowledge of the customer mission and programs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
