Responsibilities

Peraton requires a Governance Manager to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3 EOM.

This position is located at MacDill AFB in Florida.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

    • Contribute to the execution of governance across enterprise functions, including service delivery, modernization, automation, and platform operations
    • Support the implementation of the Zero Trust governance model, including privileged user rights, data protection control, automation coordination, and platform stewardship
    • Coordinate governance activities across enterprise teams, ensuring alignment with decision rights, process ownership, and performance expectations
    • Facilitate governance board meetings, working groups, and technical exchanges; prepare agendas, track actions, and document outcomes
    • Maintain governance documentation, workflows, charters, and reporting dashboards
    • Monitor compliance with ITSM policies, RMF requirements, and cybersecurity mandates
    • Collaborate with Component Commands, TSOCs, and HQ stakeholders to support governance adoption and operational alignment
    • Provide input to governance maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Escalate risks, gaps, or non-compliance issues to the Senior Governance Manager for resolution


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Min 9 years with HS degree, 7 years with AS/AA degree, 5 years with BS/BA, 3 years with MS/MA
  • DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform operations and governance workflows
  • Experience supporting IT governance, compliance, or service management programs in enterprise environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • ITIL v4 certification
  • ServiceNow System Administrator or Governance-related certifications (e.g., CGEIT, CGRC)
  • Experience supporting governance boards or working groups
  • Background in IT operations, service delivery, or process improvement
  • Familiarity with RMF, ATO processes, or DoD cybersecurity frameworks

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
