Job Summary:

As a member of the Corporate Marketing & Creative team, the Graphic Design Intern supports the National and Programmatic Sales teams through the creation of speculative out-of-home (OOH) mockups, compelling presentations, and other client-facing materials. The intern also works alongside Corporate Marketing & Creative leadership on internal marketing collateral and related initiatives.
  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for contracted and speculative OOH creative, sales presentations, marketing collateral, and post-campaign materials.
  • Design photo-realistic mockups and campaign visualizations to support sales decks, client pitches, and proof-of-performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing & Creative leadership on internal brand initiatives, including collateral development, website updates, and other marketing assets.
  • Receive, review, and refine artwork from advertisers and agencies to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with OOH best practices and technical production specifications.
  • Prepare final print-ready and digital-ready files for production across digital and printed OOH inventory, maintaining high quality control standards.
  • Utilize internal image libraries, stock photography, client assets, and AI-assisted tools to develop compelling creative; maintain organized asset libraries and communicate effectively with stakeholders to incorporate feedback, meet deadlines, and support sales initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

Education

  • 4-year college degree in progress. Open to students starting their senior year
  • 3.0+ GPA

Work Experience

  • Pursuing a marketing / communications / advertising / media or design degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design
  • Possesses a current, relevant portfolio

Skills

  • Thorough understanding of photography, typography, printing techniques and production process.
  • Exemplifies a balance of creativity, speed and accuracy with exceptional layout and design skills.
  • Manage numerous projects simultaneously and manage workflow with tight deadlines to ensure delivering work on time.
  • Anticipate feedback and changes. Is nimble and responsive in order to ensure all stakeholders are pleased with final artwork
  • Be a self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
  • Have excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.) as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The Targeted Hourly Range for this [CA] position is $20 Hourly.
Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Installer roles are Productivity Pay eligible.

Ultimate compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, scope and responsibility of the position, as well as pursuant to salary market benchmarks. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of the salary for this position.
