We are currently seeking a Data Management Analyst, Associate to support our customer in Patuxent River, Maryland location.

Functional Description:

Assists government personnel in managing technical data deliverables through the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) and related repositories. Responsibilities are execution focused and limited to non-inherently governmental functions. Works under the supervision of senior data management or program personnel. Performs routine and structured data management tasks.

Duties:



  • Assists in the development, maintenance, and tracking of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and associated Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
  • Perform data entry, record updates, and workflow processing within the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS).
  • Monitor contract data submittals against contractual delivery schedules.
  • Support coordination of government review cycles and comment consolidation.
  • Track deliverable status, review timelines, and adjudication updates within program trackers.
  • Maintain, organize electronic repositories of contract deliverables and correspondence.
  • Generate routine status reports, metrics, and data call responses for program leadership.
  • Support milestone reviews and program events by compiling required data deliverables.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, contracting, and program office personnel to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of deliverables.
  • Ensure deliverables are properly archived in accordance with program guidance and records management requirements.
  • Assist and support Data Manager during Data Requirements Review Board (DRRB).


Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information management, engineering support, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience..

Allowable substitution:

Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for an Associate's Degree.

OR

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Required Experience:



  • Zero (0) -Three (3) years of relevant experience supporting DoD or federal acquisition programs.
  • Familiarity with NAVAIR data management policy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.


Desired Experience:



  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)
  • Familiarity with NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) or similar data tracking systems.



This role requires in-person support.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,819.01-$67,228.51 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
