Position Description
This role is responsible for shaping the market presence and commercial success of our innovative data center products. The Product Marketing Manager will define and develop product solutions, create powerful sales enablement tools, support marketing and channel development plans, and drive the successful closure of near-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature roll-outs, ensuring direct alignment with business objectives. Cross-Functional Leadership:Lead collaboration between product, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to enhance launch effectiveness, build thought leadership, and increase customer awareness. Market Growth Initiatives:Design and direct strategic programs to gain market share in target segments and channels. Value Proposition & Sales Enablement:Articulate and communicate compelling value propositions through market research, competitive analysis (battle cards), and the development of sales enablement tools for internal and external stakeholders. Performance Analytics:Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including program effectiveness, time-to-market, customer adoption rates, and revenue targets. Market Insight:Support Product Line Managers in conducting Voice of the Customer (VoC) research through customer visits, industry association involvement, and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategy.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a BS with an MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.
- 3+ years of successful product management experience, including involvement with strategic planning, product road mapping, and an understanding of P&L management.
- Direct experience and knowledge of data center markets and thermal management is highly preferred.
