YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a Vice President, Design Systems to join the Wealth Management Product Design team. In this role, you will be the hands-on architect of the Wealth Management component library, focusing on the creation and scaling of a specialized "business-layer" library.

You will be responsible for building high-fidelity, reusable UI components that address the unique complexities of the Wealth Management business. Following a consistent architecture, you will leverage the firm-wide OneGS UI Toolkit (UITK) as your foundation, ensuring that all business-specific components maintain brand alignment while delivering the specialized functionality our users require.

As a bridge between design and engineering, you will not only create and maintain these assets but also document component behavior and design tokens to ensure seamless implementation. You will be a key advocate for system adoption, driving efficiency and consistency across all Wealth Management digital products. Beyond technical execution, you will play a vital role in elevating the team's collective craft by educating designers on the correct application of components, sharing emerging patterns, and advocating for standardized design solutions. Furthermore, you will explore and leverage AI-driven workflows to accelerate component generation, automate documentation, and optimize the design-to-code pipeline.
