This isn't your typical recruiting gig. You'll innovate, strategize, and connect with top-tier technical talent for roles that truly challenge and inspire. You'll build pipelines of exceptional candidates, represent our brand at events, and craft experiences that make people want to join us. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: *Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including all in-person interviews and tours. *Create inventive strategies to attract active and passive talent. *Partner with schools, community groups, and diversity networks. *Create a memorable, hands-on candidate experience. *Collaborate with marketing to amplify our employer brand. *Deliver engaging onboarding programs that set employees up for success. *Participate in other Human Resource department activities as needed to support the organization. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: *3+ years in recruiting, ideally in technical/manufacturing roles, with at least 1 year in corporate recruiting with an Associate's degree in HR, business or related discipline. *Creative problem-solver with top-notch organizational, communication, negotiation skills, personal/professional integrity and confidentiality, and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels throughout the company and community, with a positive, professional, and engaging demeanor *Passion for connecting with people and finding the right fit. *Alignment with Entrust Core Values: driven, team-oriented, detail-focused, and forward-thinking. *Flexibility for occasional work outside of normal business hours for attendance at career fairs, after-hours interviews, etc. *Curiosity or interest in mechanical products is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: *Regularly sits throughout the day, utilizing depth perception, peripheral vision, and close focus to operate a computer, computer accessories, and phone equipment *Regularly moves throughout the facility and standing for interaction with employees, applicants, and networking/career fair events | |
