What You'll Do:

• Warehouse experience required
• Reach truck experience preferred
• Receive, inspect, and put away inbound materials; verify quantities and condition.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and pick tickets.
• Load/unload trailers and containers; palletize and shrink-wrap outbound shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy; report discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S); follow all SOPs and PPE rules.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality goals (UPH, accuracy %, on-time).
• Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.
• Stay strong - lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Stick to safety rules every time
• Count and label with care
