This per diem opportunity is based in our Newton, Massachusetts office, where you'll work alongside a dedicated team supporting patients and clinicians across our Home Care services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a flexible position with a respected healthcare organization. Why Join Us? *Flexible per diem scheduling with weekday shifts available *Minimum commitment of just 2 shifts per month *Opportunities to pick up additional shifts throughout the year *Typical schedule between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with some flexibility up to 5:00 PM) *No evenings, weekends, or holidays *Be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to providing exceptional care *Gain valuable healthcare administrative experience within the Mass General Brigham system About The Role In this role, you'll help ensure patients, visitors, and staff receive timely and professional support by: *Answering and directing incoming phone calls *Greeting visitors and assisting with sign-in procedures *Creating and preparing admission books and patient-related documents *Providing administrative support to clinical and office staff *Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day *Serving as a liaison between the public and the organization *Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily office operations What You'll Bring *Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred *Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel *Epic experience preferred *Strong communication and interpersonal skills *Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail *Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment *Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor *Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff *Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service Join Our Team If you're looking for a flexible opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact while supporting patients and healthcare professionals, we'd love to hear from you.
