We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Specialty Solutions portfolio-helping enterprise clients transform their workforce strategies through innovative onsite and performance-based solutions.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility, high-impact role where your ability to consult, influence, and close will directly shape revenue growth and client success. Experience selling high volume on site staffing solutions is preferred for this role.


What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor to your clients, you will:



  • Drive new business growth by identifying and targeting high-volume accounts with onsite and performance-based workforce solutions
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining 4x coverage of your quarterly revenue goals
  • Engage senior-level decision-makers through consultative, ROI-driven selling strategies
  • Develop tailored workforce solutions by partnering cross-functionally with solution design and operations teams
  • Lead impactful sales presentations that clearly communicate value and differentiate our offerings
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring profitability and long-term client success
  • Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging insights to refine your territory strategy and uncover new opportunities
  • Strengthen client relationships by participating in Quarterly Business Reviews and acting as a strategic partner


What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently exceeding GP and revenue targets
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline with high conversion rates
  • Generating 5+ executive-level meetings per week
  • Converting at least 15% of leads to opportunities and 20% of presentations to wins
  • Building long-term partnerships that drive repeat and expanded business


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of staffing or B2B solution sales experience, ideally with large-volume or enterprise accounts
  • Proven success selling consultative, high-value solutions to executive stakeholders
  • Strong ability to prospect, influence, and close complex deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills-you can tell a compelling story that wins business
  • A resilient, competitive mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Experience using CRM tools, PowerPoint, and Excel to manage pipeline and deliver insights
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
