This role partners closely with Art Directors, Brand, Ecommerce, and UX teams to translate creative direction and product strategy into refined, scalable digital design systems and executions. The designer will support both always-on and elevated experiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and craft across all visual touchpoints.

Core responsibilities

  • Edit and optimize photography and visual assets to meet brand standards and digital performance requirements.

  • Support seasonal and campaign creative direction through digital design, working closely with Art Directors to translate vision into final outputs.

  • Build and maintain design documentation, templates, and guidelines that drive consistency and efficiency across global teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Ecommerce, UX, and Product partners to ensure design solutions meet both creative and business goals.

  • Contribute to concept development for elevated digital storytelling through mood boards, design explorations, and presentations.

  • Ensure final designs are production-ready, accurate, and optimized for multiple formats, screen sizes, and use cases.

  • Stay current on digital design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate visual quality.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in digital, visual, or brand design, either in-house or at a creative agency.

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and related design tools.

  • Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, color, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience editing and preparing photographic assets for digital platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high bar for craft and consistency.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly collaborative, a clear communicator, and receptive to feedback.

  • Familiarity working alongside UX and product teams, translating experience frameworks into high-quality visual execution.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while aligning to established creative direction.

What our client values

  • Personal ownership and accountability.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to continuously improve the work.

  • Honest, kind communication that creates space for others.

  • Courage and a willingness to take smart risks in pursuit of great work.

  • A people-first approach and the ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships.

  • A sense of fun and joy in how you show up and work-you don't take yourself too seriously.
