• Experience usingAutoCAD and/or Autodesk Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of civil drafting standards and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed civil design drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Develop site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, alignments, profiles, and cross sections
• Convert sketches, survey data, and engineering notes into accurate construction documents
• Assist engineers with design revisions and project updates
• Prepare plan sets for permitting and construction
• Maintain organized CAD files and project documentation
• Perform quality checks to ensure drawings meet standards and specifications
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and survey teams
• Meet project deadlines and adjust to changing priorities as needed
