Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm | 2nd shift 3:30pm to 12am or 4:30pm-1am Mon- Fri | 3rd shift 9:30pm-7am on Sunday, Mon-Thurs 11:30pm-7am | Overtime for all shifts a couple of times a month-1st and 2nd shifts on Saturday/3rd shift on Friday

What's Expected Each Shift

• Work as part of a team to laminate foam boards to styrene using adhesive processes
• Apply adhesive evenly and ensure proper bonding between materials
• Monitor production flow to ensure the correct pressure is applied for adhesion
• Move materials through the production line while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect laminated products to ensure proper adhesion and identify defects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
