Now Hiring Production Worker Siloam Springs Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.50 per hour Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM or 2 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday Project/Temp Assignment (6 weeks): Onboarding: 4/10 @ 8 am (Decatur) \| Start: 4/13 (Siloam Springs) Be Part of Our Crew As a Production Worker, you help ensure product is labeled correctly and meets quality standards for customers. What You Need Industrial sanitation experience preferred Able to lift 50 lbs Comfortable walking and standing most of the shift Reliable, organized, and detail-focused What You'll Do Every Day Apply labels and stickers to bags of dog food accurately and consistently. Check labels to ensure the correct product information is being used. Inspect bags for damage, missing labels, or errors, and set aside any incorrect items. Keep up with production speed while maintaining attention to detail. Keep the work area clean, organized, and supplied throughout the shift.
