Role Summary

As the Vice President of P&C HRIS / Product Management, you will serve as the leader of Suffolk's HR platforms and processes. You will define and drive the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for capabilities spanning the full employee lifecycle-ensuring our systems, workflows, and data models operate as an integrated, scalable, and high performing ecosystem. You will leverage your experience to lead our modernization efforts and transition to Oracle HCM - partnering with our IT team and selected Systems Integrator. This passionate and collaborative leader will build a team of Product Managers/Analysts while partnering closely with our P&C COEs, IT and business stakeholders to support the growth of our business and workforce.

Responsibilities

Building Strategic & Product Leadership

    Lead Suffolk's transition to Oracle HCM in partnership with IT, Oracle and the SI, including the company wide change management strategy to drive adoption
  • Define and lead the long-term vision, roadmap, and governance model for the product strategy and foundational HR capabilities across the employee experience
  • Translate the P&C priorities, operating models, and workforce insights into cohesive product experiences, scalable solutions, and AI enabled workflows
  • Operate as the central lead from P&C on Suffolk's efforts to introduce AI into the day to day processes and forward-thinking priorities
  • Establish and track success metrics that measure product performance, data integrity, efficiency and employee experience outcomes
  • Ensure the design and delivery of product features and enhancements to keep pace with the transformation happening across the P&C services and solutions

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Partner with the CPO to design/hire/inspire the team that will support the transition to Oracle HCM, as well as the support of the day to day HRIS execution
  • Prioritize the development of the team to continuously improve their HR technology expertise, data/insight fluency and collaboration across the broader P&C team
  • Foster a culture of innovation by bringing market insights, product best practices, and emerging HR technology trends into the strategy and design process

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Partner with HR COEs and IT to drive delivery excellence, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives
  • Influence senior stakeholders on technology, data, and process implications-advising on risks, trade offs, and strategic investment priorities
  • Partner with P&C leadership to improve technology and date fluency across the P&C population
  • Represent P&C in Suffolk wide governance forums, planning cycles, and cross functional product integration efforts


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success leading a transition/implementation to Oracle HCM
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale HR technology and HR modernization initiatives with demonstrated success harmonizing processes, data and platform configurations across a global enterprise
  • 10-12+ years in HR Technology, HR Product Management, or HRIS with a strong track record of driving complex, cross functional product builds, enhancements and transformations
  • Broad familiarity across HR functional areas (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, Payroll, etc.) to support coherent, end to end process design and cross functional alignment
  • Strong program and project management capability, with the ability to manage cross functional teams, navigate dependencies, and identify and mitigate risks across company wide initiatives
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and product storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or process concepts into clear, compelling product direction that drive awareness and adoption
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and organizational change, influencing leaders across HR, Technology, and the business to deliver outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR product capabilities and platforms with strong acumen in HR operating models, process design and foundational data structures
  • The ability to explain complex product and technology trade-offs to senior executives and the value of on-going investment in HR products


Working Conditions

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position (Vice President, People & Culture HRIS / Product Management) in Boston, MA is between $225,000 and $300,000 USD. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk's total compensation package. Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Suffolk offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy. Salary ranges may differ by geography and are reviewed regularly to reflect market trends
