Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of technical and production support activities within a manufacturing environment supporting R&D and production micro-assembly in PICO automated areas.
  • Execute electronic, microelectronic, mechanical, and electrical assembly and sub-assembly operations for microcircuit products.
  • Set up, operate, and make adjustments to test equipment, tools, and production processes to support development and manufacturing needs.
  • Determine and follow approved fabrication, assembly, and test techniques to ensure compliance with Keysight product and quality requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for assigned products, processes, and test systems; support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Assist Engineering with experiments, evaluations, and problem resolution related to components, parts, products, or test processes/systems.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections of sub-assemblies and finished assemblies; approve or reject product based on specifications and quality standards.
  • Interpret and follow work instructions, manufacturing drawings, schematics, diagrams, and bills of material.
  • Support materials handling, product flow, and data accuracy within manufacturing and test operations.
  • Enter, review, and maintain data in ERP and related manufacturing systems; maintain records and databases for tracking builds, tests, and results.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer by assisting or training other technicians as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with ESD, safety, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent handson experience in electronics, microelectronics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in microassembly, electronic/mechanical assembly, or test operations in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to set up, operate, and adjust equipment and troubleshoot products, processes, or test systems.
  • Proficient in reading work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing drawings, and performing inprocess and final inspections.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, strong attention to detail, and ability to support training and teamwork while maintaining quality and ESD compliance.

Pay Range:

USD $72,140.00 - USD $120,230.00 Year
