  • Execute accurate transactions in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and maintain alignment between physical inventory and system data
  • Track and move WIP between operations as necessary to maintain continuous production flow
  • Coordinate kitting, staging, and replenishment aligned to the production schedule
  • Proactively identify and escalate material risks, shortages, or delays; support expediting of critical jobs
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely transport materials
  • Identify and implement improvements in material flow, staging, and warehouse organization to reduce downtime

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production support, warehouse, or material coordination
  • Experience working in a shopfloor environment with direct support to production operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions (Oracle preferred)
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, traceability, and control of inventory and WIP
  • Comfortable with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and working in a production environment
  • Experience operating or ability to be certified on forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with machinists, supervisors, planning, and engineering

Preferred:

  • Experience in precision machining environments
