Genesis10 is seeking an AI Mid-Level Business Analyst for a 6-month contract assignment with an insurance client. This position will work in Chicago, IL Compensation: $65.00 - 75.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level. Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite) The AI Mid-Level Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and workflow design efforts across complex underwriting transformation initiatives. This role is hands-on and as an individual contributor, you'll work directly with stakeholders to deliver critical workflow documentation, project charters, surveys, requirements, etc. What You'll Do Conduct and deliver end-to-end requirements gathering and workflow documentation for AI-enabled initiatives Partner closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across business and technical groups Ensure consistency and quality across business analysis deliverables Provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts as needed What You Bring 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including leading complex initiatives Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Experience documenting workflows, user interviews and translating business needs into solutions Strong experience with Visio or Lucidchart.
