Aquent is partnering with a prominent industry leader, a company renowned for its commitment to innovation and associate experience, to find a dynamic Instructional Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming how associates work and learn, directly impacting the success of a major organizational initiative focused on modernizing critical enterprise systems. Your expertise will be essential in empowering diverse audiences to confidently adopt new processes and tools, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning journey for all.

As an Instructional Designer, you will be at the forefront of a significant transformation, crafting clear and compelling training materials that enable thousands of associates to thrive with new ways of working. You will translate complex business processes and system functionalities into intuitive, learner-centered content, directly contributing to a smooth launch and a strong learning experience across the organization. This role offers the chance to innovate in learning design, collaborate with subject matter experts, and directly influence the confidence and adoption of critical new platforms within HR Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and build training materials for multiple audiences and learning needs.

* Translate system functionality and processes into easy-to-understand, plain language content.

* Assist with creating and coordinating a global training delivery schedule.

* Assist with creating and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.

* Apply adult learning principles to drive adoption and confidence.

* Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience.

* Proven experience in content creation, storyboarding, and asset development.

* Strong ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts.

* Familiarity with HR systems and business process training.

* Exceptional writing skills with a focus on clarity, usability, and accessibility.

* Experience with common learning tools, including leading eLearning authoring tools.

* Mandatory experience with a key HR platform for training purposes.

* Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

* Experience using video and screen-capture tools.

* Proficiency with standard documentation and collaboration tools.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Direct experience with a specific, widely-used eLearning authoring tool.

* Experience working within a leading HR system's training tenants or sandbox environments.

* Translation experience for training materials.
