Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of regional acquisition and sponsorship marketing campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Leverage advanced tools and platforms to enhance campaign planning, automate reporting, generate creative content, and identify actionable insights, driving greater efficiency and innovation across all marketing activities.
- Assist in managing campaign timelines, creative deliverables, and asset reviews within project management tools.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure campaign assets meet brand and compliance standards.
- Partner with team members to organize field activations, retail campaigns, community partnerships, and sponsorship events.
- Support content and asset delivery for digital campaigns, including web updates, email, and social content, with a focus on alignment across regions.
- Help monitor and summarize campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in creative brief development and documentation for upcoming campaigns, ensuring clear communication of goals, target audiences, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update campaign tracking tools, performance dashboards, and internal team communications for visibility across teams.
- Stay current on marketing and industry trends, including digital innovation, consumer engagement, and awareness initiatives.
Key Focus Areas:
- Regional Campaigns & Growth Initiatives:** Assist with localized campaigns and sponsorship activations.
- Community & Partnership Marketing:** Support public relations, community, and philanthropic marketing activations.
- Digital & Retail Integration:** Help coordinate digital creative and field marketing deliverables across retail and event channels.
- Process & Project Management:** Maintain workflow organization, proofing accuracy, and communication across internal and external teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign support.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with project management or marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital and event marketing principles.
