**What You'll Do:**

* **Environment Assessment & Optimization:** Conduct thorough assessments of server infrastructure and virtualized environments to pinpoint configuration gaps, performance bottlenecks, and areas for strategic improvement.

* **Comprehensive Documentation:** Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration guides, connectivity maps, and operational procedures, ensuring adherence to compliance and security standards.

* **Knowledge Sharing & Training:** Lead and facilitate cross-training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams, creating engaging training materials to empower colleagues.

* **Technical Support & Collaboration:** Provide expert Tier 3 support for server-related incidents and escalations, working closely with network, engineering, and application teams to ensure seamless operations and participate in crucial capacity planning and disaster recovery exercises.

* **Infrastructure Management:** Leverage deep expertise in virtualized server technologies to manage and optimize critical infrastructure components.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of experience in server engineering or systems administration.

* Proven experience with the implementation and support of advanced virtualization and automation platforms.

* Strong knowledge of virtualized server environments, including core components like vCenter, ESXi, and virtual networking solutions.

* Demonstrated experience with virtualization automation and operations platforms.

* Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

* Experience with enterprise documentation tools and delivering technical training.

* Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible).

* Bachelor's Degree

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) certification.
