Position Summary The Hydraulics (Hose and Coupling, Cylinders, Pumps & Motors) & CVA (Customer Value Agreement) Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the sale of hydraulic, fluids and filter parts and service to customers throughout the Thompson Tractor territory. This role will provide specialized knowledge, marketing, and sales support for Thompson Tractor personnel. It will also work across the organization to execute on CVA growth strategies, develop promotional offers, and go to market strategies. Individual sales objectives must be met while working with customers to manage their hydraulic parts to maintain the lowest possible cost per hour. The ability to communicate the value of purchasing premium parts and service in a price sensitive market is necessary. The Hydraulics & CVA Product Manager will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner.
